Warranty
Bay Area Painting Contractor Offering Six-Year Warranty
So Unique Painting & Decorating guarantees all the painting materials that we supply and use for a period of six years, subject to normal weathering effects and excluding acts of God, causes beyond our control or unknown to us at time of application (i.e. mildew, water seepage, trapped gases, tannic acid, prior painting over unprepared surfaces, and changes made after estimate and before commencement of work).
Should any application of the paint fail during the first year, So Unique Painting & Decorating will take all corrective measures necessary to correct the problem at no cost to the customer. Any application problems occurring subsequent to the first year and within the warranty period of six years will be corrected on a prorated basis, whereby the costs are fairly distributed between us and the customer, taking into consideration the time elapsed since the work was performed, any unusual condition or other causes.
All clear or semitransparent stained surfaces, surfaces subject to pedestrian traffic, and any exposed fences, arbors, trellises, railings, decks, walkways, patios, etc., are specifically excluded from this warranty.If for any reason full payment of the contract is not received upon completion of the job, all warranties expressed above are null and void, unless prior arrangements concerning monies withheld are made in writing with the management of So Unique Painting & Decorating.
